1- DETECT AND FIX LEAKING SPOT

2- FULLY INSPECT YOUR PROPERTY

We inspect the entirety of your property to best understand the full scope of the damages which includes moisture measurement. If necessary, depending on the area damaged, the inspection will include common spaces, crawl spaces, attics, and more. Again, we don’t want to simply put a band aid on the problem but rather fix it once and for all. The inspection process also includes asbestos testing done by a qualified and reputable testing lab (vital in homes built before 1980).

3- DRYING and EXTRACTION PROCESS

After locating all of the damaged areas, we start the water extraction process. In this phase, we extract all water from your home using professional grade pumps and vacuums. Upon completion of the extraction process, we begin the drying phase. In the drying phase, we use commercial grade air removal fans, dehumidifiers and other necessary equipment to extract all moisture form your home or business. Remember, the goal isn’t to only remove the water. We must also remove the moisture to avoid risk of mold. We will inspect and monitor the drying process each day and will document the moisture level until the drying process is complete.

4- CRAWL SPACE

We will thoroughly inspect, clean and dry your crawl space, then monitor it to ensure there’s no lingering moisture or mold growth. Water often seeps into crawl spaces, creating an environment where mold and bacteria can thrive. Our goal is not just a temporary fix, but a long-lasting solution that protects your home and health.

5- RESTORATION and REPAIR

Once we confirm that no moisture remains in the home, we will begin the restoration process. We will make every effort to repair and salvage your personal items in the property. Depending on the severity and category of the water damage, some items may not be salvageable and cannot be dried or restored to their pre-damage condition. In such cases, we will replace those items to ensure your property is fully restored. Non-salvageable items may include cabinets, carpets, and drywall.

6- FINAL INSPECTION

This is the last phase where we inspect and make sure your property not only meets but exceeds both our and your expectations. You will walk through the property and inspect the repairs with our management team. We will address any questions or concerns you may have and will also provide you with a list of prevention measures to avoid similar situations in the future.
